Chlorinated solvents

Chlorinated solvents ensure a high quality of cleaned surfaces in metal industry. It is proved in practice that these solvents are irreplacable in applications demanding high cleaning standards.

Chlorinated solvents are not flammable, are characterised by high degreasing potential and low surface tension, which additionally improve the quality of cleaning. They also have a high recycling potential, which allows for their complete use, safe for the environment. They demand safety measures in use therefore, SAFE-TAINER™ system has been designated to protect people and the environment by minimizing specific risk for these products.

Solvents based on modified alcohols

The company DOW has developed new solvents for surface cleaning applications. DOWCLENE™ cleaning agents are based on modified alcohols. They have better cleaning properties than hydrocarbons and may have similar degreasing properties as chlorinated solvents, when used in a suitable closed cleaning equipment. In Poland we offer the following DOWCLENE products:
